Returns and Refunds

At DryFloor, we do our best to make sure you have a smooth and positive experience with your order. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

Cash Refunds

We offer 100% cash refunds for any eligible item(s) in your order within 30 days of delivery.

Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Return Shipping

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to arrange the return shipment back to our warehouse. The return must be organised by the customer, and any associated shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A refund can only be issued once the returned product has been received at our warehouse.

Please note that refused deliveries may not be eligible for a refund.
